Woordenlijst: Impuls voor training (TRIMP)
Training Impulse, developed by Banister in 1991, is a method to quantify training load based on heart rate and duration of an exercise. The method uses heart rate reserve, which considers Rusthartslag as well as Maximale hartslag, and a gender-specific weighting factor.
Runalyze gebruikt altijd het volledige hartslagprofiel van de activiteit, indien beschikbaar, om intervaltrainingen correct te beoordelen.
