Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union, primarily in Germany. RUNALYZE uses infrastructure providers including Hetzner, OVH, and Wasabi for the storage and processing of user data and activity data. <br><br>
All backups are securely encrypted and stored within Germany to ensure reliable disaster recovery and infrastructure restoration in the event of a major outage. <br><br>
RUNALYZE uses Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) provided by AWS to send transactional emails and newsletters. For this purpose, users’ email addresses are temporarily processed on AWS servers located within the European Union during email delivery.
