Glossary: Impact Load Factor
Impact Load Factor is a metric to quantify your runs in terms of total impact on your body. Key inputs such as weight, speed and intensity combine with running dynamics that include cadence, ground contact time and more to reveal the relationship between how you are running and how it affects you. Uphill and downhill efforts receive special consideration according to the steepness of the climb or descent.
