Data backup & export

The (GDPR) backup of your data is located in the account settings (“Backup your data”).
Click on “Create data backup” and come back after a few hours. The backup will be provided as a downloadable archive containing all of your personal data.

In addition to the full GDPR backup, Runalyze offers further ways to export or access your data:

CSV exports

Basic data can also be downloaded directly as CSV files via

This is useful if you only need specific datasets (e.g. activities or summaries) and want immediate access without waiting for the full backup to be generated.

Personal API (Supporter feature)

If you are at least a Runalyze Supporter, you can access your own data programmatically using the Personal API.
This allows you to query activities and other personal data directly for custom analyses or integrations.
