Notas:
Nachdem gestern das Laufen so katastrophal in die Binsen gegangen war, bin ich froh, dass das Schwimmen so gut funktionierte. Aber da kann ich auch nicht Nachrichten mit schlechten Neuigkeiten anschauen.
So ist es ein lockerer Kilometer geworden, schön war es.
