Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my result not appear in the result list?
You must mark the activity as a competition and as public. Furthermore, the distance entered for the competition must be 5 km or 21 km (3% deviation is okay).
Which ratings are there?
There is a separate men's and women's classification over 5 km and 21 km respectively. There is no age group classification.
Are there specific requirements for the route?
No. Both circular routes and point-to-point routes are possible. There are also no restrictions regarding altitude profile.
Can I run both distances?
Of course you can participate in the RUNALYZE Ascension Squad over both distances. The results just have to be entered as separate races.
Can I hide the map in my public activity view?
In your privacy settings, you can choose to never show the map view during public activities.
Why have my VO2max and forecasts suddenly changed?
The VO2max correction factor is automatically adjusted based on your race results. You can uncheck the box "VO2max for shape" so that this result is not used for the correction.
