My TRIMP values are strange
Your TRIMP values are too high or too low? In this article we will show you some points you should check:
Check your resting heart rate values
Depending on how your resting frequency values come after RUNALYZE, sometimes strange values may come in. For example, Garmin may measure strange values and send them to us. Sometimes it can also be helpful to enter the resting frequency manually and to deactivate the synchronization of the resting frequency from Garmin (https://runalyze.com/connect/garmin/settings). So please check the resting heart rate values here
