术语: 训练冲动 (TRIMP)

Training Impulse, developed by Banister in 1991, is a method to quantify training load based on heart rate and duration of an exercise. The method uses heart rate reserve, which considers 静息心率 as well as 最大心率, and a gender-specific weighting factor.
