Sync Your Zwift Activities with Runalyze

Runalyze now supports direct integration with Zwift, allowing you to automatically sync your Zwift workouts with your Runalyze training log.

Once connected, your activities will be transferred to Runalyze shortly after they are saved in Zwift — no manual export or upload required.

How the Zwift Sync Works

After connecting your Zwift account, Runalyze will automatically import your future Zwift activities. As soon as a workout is completed and saved in Zwift, it will typically appear in Runalyze within a few minutes.

This includes activities such as:

  • Indoor cycling workouts
  • Zwift runs

The imported activity will appear in your Runalyze activity list just like any other workout and can be analyzed using all Runalyze metrics and tools.

Connect Your Zwift Account

To enable the synchronization:

  1. Open the activity sync settings:
    https://runalyze.com/activity/sync

  2. Locate the Zwift integration.

  3. Click Connect with Zwift.

  4. Authorize Runalyze to access your Zwift activities.

Once the connection is established, Runalyze will start importing your newly recorded Zwift workouts automatically.

Important Notes

  • Only new activities recorded after connecting will be synchronized automatically.
  • The synchronization usually happens shortly after the activity is saved in Zwift.
  • If needed, you can disconnect the integration at any time from the sync settings page.

Enjoy Automatic Indoor Training Tracking

With the Zwift integration, your indoor workouts become a seamless part of your training history in Runalyze. This allows you to analyze your fitness development, workload, and performance trends across all your activities — whether they happen indoors or outdoors.
